Bear
Tutorial
This is my first attempt to write a bear tutorial, I hope it will turn
out good for you as it was for me.
In this tutorial you will need PSP7, EYE CANDY 3.0
OR 4000 and KPT collection
I have prepared the bear's part for you to use on
this tutorial. Download the
zip file
and extract in your folder and follow the tutorials
below.
Open up the folder where you extracted the zip file.
We will apply KPT5 collection to all the bear parts.
Lets start with the head first. Make the head selected.
Click on effects/plug-ins/kpt5 collection/fiber
optix. Use the settings below. Use the same settings
to the rest of the bears parts.
 
 
Now lets put some eyes and nose.
Change your colors to #000000. Draw an ellipse
for the eyes. Effects/Plug-ins/EyeCandy4000/glass.
Use the settings below. The bevel profile is subtle
hump.
Click on preset shapes from the toolbar and
choose the shape tear. Apply glass effects, change
the basic bevel width to 12.53 and on lighting direction
to 264 and inclination to 77.
On mouth, I used the font Arial capital letter J.
Copy and paste and mirror imaged it. Then add the
little dots on its cheeks.
On the bottom of the feet. Change your color to:
styles #000000 and fill color #714C25. Convert to
raster layer and apply cutout. Settings: vertical/horizontal
0
Opacity 48
Blur 18.8
Shadow color is black.
Cool, you're done. You may dress your bear up if
you want.
