Elegant Drapes

 

  You will need a PSP7, Superbladepro and a filter called lacquer. you will also need a colorful clipart, you can use mine. clipart . Download the clipart and save it to your computer.

Lets get started!!! Open up a canvas size 300x300 white. Open your clipart, resize it to 200x200 or close, edit, copy, paste it to the canvas. close your original copy of clipart. Smudge it, doing an upward and downward strokes alternately. Choose the color you want and Distribute the color evenly. See image below.




Click on Effects, Plugins, flaming pear, lacquer, settings below. It might not look the same with your image, play around with the settings till you get the right image you want, or just click on the random settings and it will give you a different effects. Click ok.



Smudge it again one more time doing upward and downward strokes starting at the left side. Then click on effects, plugins, flaming pear, lacquer same settings and it will give you the image similar below.



Ok, now click on effects, geometric figures, circle. Click on the selection tool and choose rectangle. Make a selection starting at the center of the circle. see image below. Edit, copy, paste it to a 600x400 canvas, transparent. click back to the original image and undo the selection and circle. We are going to use that for the side drapes. Click back on the 600x400 canvas and click on the pasted image. Click on Image, rotate, 90 degrees, right. Place it on the top center of the canvas. Copy and paste as a new layer and place it on the upper left side of the canvas, paste as a new layer and place it on the upper right side of the canvas. Make 5 copies and arrange it as shown below.






Now open up the original smudged image and edit, copy paste it to the 600x400 canvas as a new layer. Place it on the left side and paste it again one more time. Mirror image it and place it on the right side. Merge all the layers visible in case you want to put an outside view to it. Image below.
