You will need PSP7 and Eye Candy
3.0 or 4000 to do this tutorial.
STEP1.
Open up a canvas 400x400 transparent. Click on Preset Shape tool
and choose elipse, antialias and create as a vector checked,
width 1. Set the background/foreground colors to #400000. Draw
an elipse on the center of the canvas. Click on object selector,
then node edit . See image below.
STEP 2.
Click on Layers from the tool bar and convert the image to
raster layer. Grab the magic wand and click anywhere inside the
image. Click Plugins, Effects, Eye candy 4000 and apply glass on
the image. Glass Settings below.
STEP 3.
Click on Airbrush tool, (settings below) Apply airbrush on top
of the image where the little dimple at. Deselect the image. Put
a stem, merge all the layers. Click on Edit, copy and paste it
as a new image. Resize it and save it as PSP or tube file.
