You will need a PSP7 or higher to do this tutorial which you can get it from Jasc Software

Open up a canvas size 500x500. Click on your preset shape tool from the menu bar and choose the shape pentagon. Change your fg/bg colors to #008000. Draw a pentagon on the middle of the canvas. Click your node button and reshape the corners of the pentagon. Change the right and left nodes to symmetrics. Pull the center node down a little to make a circular shape. If you are satisfied with the shape, then convert the image to a raster layer.

Click back on your preset shape and change the shape to elipse. Draw an elipse just right below the pentagon. Click on your node button and reshape the elipse as shown below. Convert the image to raster layer. then merge all the layers.



Click on the lasso. Set to freehand. Feather to 0 and antialias checked. Draw a selection on the middle part of the the stocking, then click anywhere inside the selection to make that part selected. See images below.



Click on the floodfill tool and change your color to #BF0000. Flood fill the selected area with that color. Click on EFFECTS/ 3D EFFECS/CUTOUT and apply cutout on the area selected area. While its still selected, click on EFFECTS/ TEXTURE EFFECTS/ WEAVE. DESELECT. Settings below.
