Christmas Wreath2

This wreath is done for PSP8 but you can try using the tutorial on other PSP versions.

 

Open a canvas size 700x700. Click on preset shape/ellipse/ size 2. Change the foreground and strokes properties to #543100. Draw an ellipse on the center of the canvas. Convert to raster layer.

Preset shape/ ellipse size 6. Draw another ellipse. Add 3 nodes in between of the original nodes and edit the nodes as shown below. Convert to raster layer.

Preset shape/ ellipse. Draw another ellipse slightly larger than the second ellipse. Add 4 nodes in each of the original nodes and edit as shown below. Convert to raster layer.

Copy and paste the 2nd nodes ellipse as a new raster layer. Click on image /rotate/ free rotate/direction right/ 11.50 degrees.

Paste the 2nd nodes ellipse as a new raster layer one more time. Deformation tool. Resize the ellipse and make it slightly bigger than the first one. Image/ rotate/ free rotate/ direction right/ 22.50. degrees.

New raster layer. Pen tool. Draw lines on the wreath counter clock wise. See image below. (lines on vine) Convert to raster layer.

Copy the lines and paste it as a new layer. Deformation tool/ turn the
image counter clock wise as shown below.

Merge all the layers visible. The vine wreath is now ready for decorations.

Decorate your wreath with berry tubes and holly or ivy leaves. Follow my bow and ribbon tutorial for the ribbon. Good luck.
