Plaid for scarf (optional) you can use your own fill.

Canvas size 600x600.

New raster layer. Selections/ load/save selection/load selection from disk and locate the sn2-hat1. Load.

Flood fill with #F29322. Click on freehand selection tool (lasso) and make the round part of the image selected. See image below.

Effects/ 3D effects/ cutout. Settings below. Offset / vertical 2/ horizontal -1/opacity 25/ blur 28.00/ shadow color black.

Click on Lighten/Darken brush. Settings below.

New raster layer. Load the sn2-hat2 selection. FS to #64855B. Apply cutout and lighten darken brush the center part of the image. Deselect.

New raster layer. Load the sn2-hat3 selection. FS to #CE8C36. Apply cutout and lighten/darken size 36, opacity 100. Brush the center part of the image. Deselect.

New raster layer. Load the sn2-hat4 selection. FS to #64855B. Apply cutout and lighten darken brush the center part of the image. Deselect.

New raster layer. Load the sn2-hat5 selection. FS to #CE8C36. Apply cutout and lighten/darken size 36, opacity 100. Brush the center part of the image.
Deselect.

New raster layer. Load the sn2-hat6 selection. FS to #64855B. Apply cutout and lighten darken brush the center part of the image. Deselect.

Merge all the layers visible. Make the hat selected and apply cutout one more time. Change opacity to 55, no fill. Deselect.

Layers/ new raster layer and name it sn2head. Move the layer down or send it to bottom. Load the sn2-head selection. Flood fill with white. Apply cutout, change the opacity to 25. Keep it selected.

Change the FS color to #D79BA8. Click or airbrush. Apply airbrush as shown below. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 3. Click OK. Deselect.

New raster layer name it eyes/mouth. Load the sn2-eyes-mouth selection. Zoom the image to 300. Flood fill with #000000. Deselect.

New raster layer name it nose. Load the sn2-nose selection. Flood fill with #F29322. Apply cutout. Fill inter with color #F29322/BLUR 7. OK. Deselect.

New raster layer name it right-arm. Send the layer to the bottom. Load the sn2-right-arm selection. Flood fill with white. Apply cutout/ BLUR to 28. Deselect.

New raster layer name it right arm sleeve. Load the sn2-right-arm-sleeve selection. Flood fill with #707B9A. Click on Effects/ Texture Effects/ Texture. Settings below. Apply cutout/ fill interior with #707B9A/ Opacity 55/ Blur 28.

Keep it selected. New raster layer. Click on airbrush tool. Change the size to 13. Apply airbrush as shown below. Apply blur. Deselect and merge the layer down.

Click on lighten darken brush and lighten the sleeve as shown below.

New raster layer and name it body. Load the sn2-body selection. Flood fill with white.

New raster layer name it left arm. Load the sn2-left-arm selection. Flood fill with white. Apply cutout. Deselect.

New raster layer name it left arm sleeve. Load the sn2-left-arm-sleeve selection. Flood fill with #707B9A. Apply texture effects. Apply cutout/ fill inter color with #707B9A.

Keep it selected. New raster layer. Click on airbrush. Apply airbrush as shown below. Deselect and merge the layer down.

Layers/ new raster layer name it scarf 1. Load the sn2-scarf1 selection. Flood fill with plaid or any fill you want. Deselect. Click on selection tool . Make the scarf1 selected. Apply cutout/ blur 15. Apply lighten/ darken. Deselect.

New raster layer name it scarf 2. Load the sn2-scarf2 selection. Flood fill with plaid. Deselect. Click on selection tool. Make the scarf2 selected. Apply cutout. Lighten/ Darken the selected area as shown below. Deselect.

New raster layer name it scarf3. Load the sn2-scar3 selection. Flood fill with plaid. Deselect. Click on Selection tool. Make the scarf3 selected. Apply cutout. Lighten/ darken the selected area as shown below. Click on BURN BRUSH. Brush on selected area as shown below. Deselect.

New raster layer name it scarf4. Load the sn2-scarf4 selection. Flood fill with plaid. Deselect. Click on Selection tool. Make the scarf3 selected. Apply cutout/ vertical-horizontal offsets 2OPACITY 55/ BLUR 12. Apply lighten/ darken on the center of the scarf4. Deselect.

Click on the body. New raster layer name it right vest. Load the sn2-right-vest. Flood fill it with any patterned background or solid color. Deselect. Click on Selection/Freehand selection. Select the part of the vest as shown below.

Click on ADJUST/ HUE and SATURATION/ COLORIZE. HUE 86/ SATURATION 126. If solid color add texture, otherwise continue.

Apply cutout Offsets V/H 2, OPACITY 55/ BLUR 20. OK. Deselect.

Click on Selection/Freehand selection. Select the part of the vest as shown below. (lower right vest) Apply Texture. Apply cutout. Deselect.

New raster layer name it lowvest2. Load the sn2-left-lowervest2. Flood fill with any color or patterned background. Deselect. Selection tool. Make the image selected. Apply texture if solid color otherwise apply cutout.

New raster layer name it upleftvest2. Load the sn2-left-uppervest2. Flood fill with any color or patterned background. Deselect. Selection tool. Make the image selected. Apply texture if solid color otherwise apply cutout.

New raster layer name it lowvest1. Load the sn2-left-lowervest1. Flood fill with any color or patterned background. Deselect. Selection tool. Make the image selected. Apply texture if solid color otherwise apply cutout.

New raster layer name it upleftvest1. Load the sn2-left-uppervest2. Flood fill with any color or patterned background. Deselect. Selection tool. Make the image selected. Apply texture if solid color otherwise apply cutout.

New raster layer name it tie. Load the sn2-tie. Flood fill with any color or patterned background. Deselect. Selection tool. Make the image selected. Apply texture if solid color otherwise apply CUTOUT/ OFFSETS vertical 0/ horizontal 2/ opacity 55/ blur 13. Deselect.

New raster layer name it buttons. Load the sn2-vest-buttons. Fill with #85050E. Apply CUTOUT/OFFSETS/ vertical 0/ horizontal 2/ opacity 35/ blur 8. OK

Apply drop shadow. COLOR #000000. OFFSETS vertical 1/ horizontal 2/ opacity 51/ blur 4. Deselect

Click on merged layer. New raster layer, name it sn3head. Load the sn3-head selection. Flood fill with #FFFFFF. Apply Cutout/ offsets -1/ opacity 25/ blur 15. OK. Deselect.

Layers/ new raster layer and name it sn3eyes. Load the sn3-eyes selection. Flood fill with #000000. OK. Deselect.

Add a new raster, layer name it sn3nose. Load the sn3-nose selection. Flood fill with #F29322. Apply cutout/ interior fill #F29322. OK. Deselect.

Add a new raster, layer and name it sn3hat1. Load the sn3-hat1 selection. Flood fill with #98A56C. Apply cutout/ interior fill #98A56C/ Opacity 40.
OK. Deselect.

New raster layer, name it sn3hat2. Load the sn3-hat2 selection. Flood fill with
#711107. Apply cutout/ interior fill #711107. OK. Apply lighten/ darken brush on the center of the image. Deselect.

Add a new raster layer, name it sn3hat3. Load the sn3-hat3 selection. Flood fill with #711107. Apply cutout/ interior fill #711107/ vertical offset -5.

Add a new raster layer, name its sn3earmuff1. Load the sn3-earmuff1. Flood fill with #711107. Apply cutout/ offsets vertical 2/ horizontal 1/ opacity 60/ blur 15. OK. Deselect.

Add a new raster layer, name its sn3earmuff2. Load the sn3-earmuff2. Flood fill with #711107. Apply cutout/ offsets vertical 2/ horizontal 1/ opacity 60/ blur 15. OK. Deselect.

New raster layer name it snowpile3. Load the sn2-snowpile3 selection. Flood fill with #FFFFFF. Apply CUTOUT/ fill color #FFFFFF/ OFFSETS vertical 4/ horizontal -4/ opacity 35/ blur 24. Deselect.

New raster layer name it snowpile2. Load the sn2-snowpile2 selection. Flood fill with #FFFFFF. Apply cutout. Deselect.

New raster layer. Load the snowball1. Flood fill with white. Apply cutout/ Offsets Vertical 5/ Horizontal -2/ Opacity 30/ Blur 18. OK. Deselect.

Click on sn2-right arm layer. Make it selected. Add a new layer. Click on airbrush/size 20/ opacity 60. Apply airbrush as shown below. Apply GAUSSIAN BLUR 3. OK. DESELECT.

Click on the snow pile 3 layer. Add a new raster layer. Load the snowball 2. Flood fill with white. Apply cutout.

New raster layer. Load the snowball3. Apply cutout.

Repeat the process on snowball4, snowball5, snowball6 and snowball 7. Deselect.

Click on snowball1. Add a new raster layer. Load the snowpile1. Apply cutout. Deselect and you're done.

Merge all the layers visible save as PSP or tube file.
