  Preset Shape/ elipse. Change the background color to #ffcc00. Draw a small elipse on the face, right where the mouth is going to be. Edit the node if necessary. Convert to raster layer.  

 
   

  Go to layer palette and highlight the sleeve2. Pen tool/ Freehand. Freehand draw the left-arm. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Name it "left-arm1"
 
Pen tool/ poin to point. Draw a triangle. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Name this layer "trumpet".  

 

  Pen tool/ freehand. Foreground color black/ background color #f4bfbc. Freehand the left-hand. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer.
 
Pen tool/ Freehand. Freehand draw the right- hand. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Name it "right-hand".

Ok we've completed the image, we need to enhance it.

 

 

  Go to the layer palette and hide the layer "wing2". Highlight the wing1. New raster layer. Pen tool/ freehand/ color #808080, no background. Freehand some lines on the wing1. Edit the nodes. Convert to raster layer. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 1. Effect/ 3D Effects/ Drop shadow Vertical 3/ Horizontal 2/ Opacity 100/ Blur 8/ Color Black. Press OK. Merge the lines with wing1. (layer palette/ right click on the raster layer/ merge/ merge down)
 
Layer palette and unhide the "wing2". Click the layer to select it. Pen tool/ same settings. Draw some lines on the "wing2" layer. Edit the nodes. Convert to raster layer. Apply Blur. OK. Apply drop shadow. Press OK. Merge lines to "wing2".
 		  

 

  Layer palette and select the "face". Make the face selected. Airbrush/ size 10/ color #925f5e/ hardness 10/ step 10/ density 25/ thickness 100/ rotation 0/ opacity 25. Airbrush around the face. Adjust Blur/ Gaussian Blur 3. OK Go to the layer palette and adjust the opacity to 70. Freehand draw a line to the ear. Convert to raster layer.

Add a new raster layer. Airbrush 20/ density/ 50/ opacity 100/ color #d29ac0. Airbrush the cheeks. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 8. OK Deselect.
 
Go to the layer palette and select dress Pent tool/ Freehand/ size 1/ color black. Freehand a line and edit the nodes. (line sleeve1) Convert to raster layer. Effects/ 3D effects/ Drop shadow/ Vertical 1/ Horizontal 3/ Opacity 100/ Blur 8/ color black. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 2.  

 

  Make the dress selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush size 20/ color #1c3f46. Airbrush the dress as shown on screen shot  (airbrush dress). Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 8. OK Deselect and merge the layer down.
 

Go to the layer palette and select sleeve1. Make the image selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush/ same settings. Apply airbrush. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 4. Deselect. Merge the layer down.

Layer palette and select sleeve2. Make the image selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush/ same settings. Apply airbrush. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 4. Deselect. Merge the layer down.

  
 

  Layer palette and select "right hand". Pen tool/ Freehand/ size 1/ color black. Freehand draw the lines on the hand and do the same on the left hand. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer.
 
Make the right hand selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush size 10/ color #925f5e. Airbrush around the hand. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 4. Deselect and merge the layer down.

Make the left-hand selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush/ same settings. Airbrush around the hand. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 4. Deselect and merge the layer down. Do the same process on the left-arm.
 
Make the trumpet2 selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush/ color #ac3c0a. Airbrush the trumpet2. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 5. Deselect and merge the layer down.  

 
Make the trumpet1 (ellipse) selected. Effects/ 3D effects/ Cutout. Settings: Vertical 2/ Horizontal 1/ Opacity 50/ Blur 5. OK. Pen tool/ Freehand/ Freehand draw a line. Edit the line and convert to raster layer. Effects/ 3D effects/ Drop shadow/ vertical 1/ horizontal 3/ opacity 100/ blur 5. Apply drop shadow one more time.

  Merge all the layers visible. Soften brush/ size 24/ hardness 25/ step 25/ density 100/ thickness 75/ opacity 50. Soften the edges. Lighten/ Darken Brush/ size 28/ hardness 50/ step 25/ density 100/ thickness 100/ opacity 40. Lighten the circle parts of the dress. Lighten the wings. Save your image.
