tool/ foreground/ background color of choice or
pattern of your choice. Freehand draw the image
as shown on screen shot.
Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer.
Make the image selected, click on Effects/ 3D
effects/ CUTOUT/ change the shadow color to
#37c4c9 and Blur to 50. OK.
DESELECT. Name this image "left-hand".
Click on Effect/ 3D effects/ Drop shadow, use
the same settings just change the shadow color
to
#000000. OK. |

CUTOUT/ shadow color #000000.
