  Pen tool/ same settings. Freehand draw image as shown on screen shot 11. Edit the nodes, convert to raster layer and name it "scarf2".  

 
 
 

  Layer palette/ highlight the left-arm layer. Pen tool/ same settings. Freehand draw an image as shown on screen shot 12. Edit the nodes, convert to raster layer and name it "scarf3". Move the layer down.

Click on scarf3. Cut the image. Click on the layer body2 on the layer palette. Paste the image as a new layer.
 
 
  Go to the layer palette and highlight body2. Pen tool/ Freehand/ size 1/ foreground - black/ background- #a40808. Freehand an image as shown on screen shot 13. Edit the nodes, convert to raster layer and name it "right-hand".  

 
 
 

  Pen tool/ size 2/ color black no background color. Draw lines as shown on the screen shot on the left.
 
 
  Go to the layer palette and highlight the head layer. Pen tool/ same settings. Freehand draw an image as shown on the screen shot 15. Edit nodes and convert to raster layer. Name this layer "left-hand".  

 
 
 

  Pen tool/ size 2/ color black no background color. Draw lines as shown on the screen shot.
 
 
 
Ok, now we have to work on the face. Go to the layer palette and highlight the head. Click on Preset shape/ ellipse/ size 2/ foreground color black and background color white. Draw 2 ellipses, edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Name this image "eyes1". See the screen shot on the right.  

 
 

  Preset shape tool/ elipse. Background/ foreground color black. Draw 2 elipses, edit nodes, convert to raster layer. Paint brush/ size 4/ foreground color white. Put a dot on the 2 elipses. See screen shot on the left.
 
 
  Pen tool size 1/ Freehand/ foreground color black/ background color #ff7301. Freehand draw the carrot nose, edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Name this layer "nose". See screen shot ---->

Make the nose selected. Air brush size 4/ hardness 30/ step 10/ density 30/ thickness 100/ rotation 0/ opacity 30. Airbrush bottom part of the image. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian blur 3. OK Deselect and merge the layer down.

  

 
 
 

  Pen tool/ freehand/ size 1/ color black. Freehand draw the image as shown on screen shot. Edit the nodes and convert to raster layer. Go to the layer palette and adjust the opacity to 60.
 
 
  Layer palette and highlight the head layer. Pen tool size 1/ foreground color black/ background color #ef0b0b. Freehand draw the mouth as shown on screen shot -->. Edit nodes and convert to raster layer. Name this layer "mouth".
 		  

 
 

  Pen tool/ size 2/ color black. Add a raster layer. Draw lines on the face as shown on screenshot on the left.


Convert the layer to raster layer. Go to the layer palette and adjust the opacity to 50.
 
 
  Make the layer head selected. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush/ size 20/ hardness 10/ step 10/ density 20/ thickness 100/ opacity 100. Airbrush the head as shown on screen shot -->. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 6. OK Deselect and merge the layer down.

Make the head selected again. Add a new raster layer. Airbrush size 20/ color #f492b9. Airbrush the cheeks. Adjust/ Blur/ Gaussian Blur 15. Deselect. Merge the layer down.

  

 
 
 

  Preset shape/ ellipse/ foreground and background color black. Draw an ellipse just above the head. Convert to raster layer. See screen shot.
