How to create a vector image and save it as preset shape.

 

You will need a PSP program, go to corel.com. This tutorial contains of  editing nodes and free hand drawings.  I will assume that you have a good working knowledge of PSP and good understanding of nodes.

 
Open an image 410x410, transparent. Foreground color #4f3305 and fill to white. Pen tool/ Freehand/ size 2. Free hand draw the tail. Hide the fill color and change the size to 0. It's easier to edit nodes this way. You can change the width and fill color back after you edit the nodes. Edit the nodes.

Pen tool/ free hand/ foreground and fill color to #bee0e8/ size 1. Freehand draw the shading. Edit the nodes.

 

 

Pen tool/ free hand/ foreground color and fill to #874d27/ size 2. Freehand draw the body. Edit the nodes.  

Change the foreground and fill color to #4f3305. Freehand draw the left leg. Edit the nodes.

 

 

Change the foreground color to #4f3305 and fill #874d27. Freehand draw the left arm. Edit the nodes.  

Change foreground and fill color to #4f3305. Freehand draw the dark shading underneath the left arm. Edit the nodes.  
Change foreground and fill color to #ffffff Freehand draw the shading on the body. Edit the nodes. Feel free to copy the screen shot to use for your guide.

Change the foreground and fill color to #bee0e8. Freehand draw the 2nd shading. Edit the nodes.

 

Change the foreground color to #4f3305 and fill to #874d27. Freehand draw the right leg. Edit the nodes.  

Change the color to #c6976d. Freehand draw the shading. Edit the nodes  

Change the foreground and fill to #874d27. Freehand draw the right arm. Edit the nodes  

Change foreground and fill to #c6976d. Freehand draw the shading. Edit the nodes.
