This tutorial is written
for PSPX but can be tried on the earlier or later version.
Pearl tube, multi-color preferably. I got the tubes I used on this
tutorial from Tephras. Her pearl tubes are varies in sizes. You might
want to resize them when applying on the canvas.
Open a canvas 200x200, transparent. Pear tubes. Fill the canvas
with pearls, alternate the colors. We will be using this for a
pattern. see screen shot.
Open another canvas 800x800 transparent. Flood fill with pearls from
the pattern you've just made.
Click on selection tool/ circle. Make a big circle selection on the
center of the canvas.
Effects/ reflection effects/ kaleidoscope. Use the settings below to
get the butterfly images, or play around with the settings until you
find the design you like.
Cut the ellipse and paste it to a 800x800 canvas. Make the ellipse
selected. Selection/ Modify/ Contract 10. Add a new raster layer and
flood fill with white.
Effects/ Plugins/ superbladepro/ gold or silver or metal or any
texture you like for the coaster ring.
Merge visible and save your image. Make a charm out of it or an
ornament or a brad or eyelet. Save your image.
