| This tutorial is written
for PSPX but can be tried on the earlier or later version.
Open a canvas 700x630. Add a raster layer and flood fill with black.
Open another canvas size 675x450. Flood fill with white. Cut and
paste it to the 700x630 canvas.
Preset shape/ round rectangle/ foreground and background colors to #FFFFFF.
Place a preset shape above the white rectangle. Make 5 duplicates
and line them up in a row. See screen shot.

Hide the background and the white rectangle. Click on any open
layers and merge all the layers visible Copy the merge layers.
Unhide the background and the white rectangle. Paste the merge layer
as a new layer and place it below the white rectangle.
Merge the layer down. Make the layer selected. Click on the black
background and hit delete. Delete the white tabs.
You should have the image similar to the image below.

Delete the white rectangle. Copy the film-strip.
Open an image 2400x630. Paste the film-strip as a new layer. Make
duplicates and arrange the strips as shown below.

Add your photos. Save your image.
