| This tutorial is written
for PSPX but can be tried on the earlier or later version. You
will need an Eye Candy 3.1, you should be able to download free from
the internet. If you can't find one let me know and I will
send you a copy of it. Open a canvas 250x250, transparent. Selection too/ circle. Place a selection circle approximately 150x150 on the center of the canvas. Flood fill with gradient of your choice. Selection/ Modify/ Contract by 40. Hit delete. Selections/ Invert. Effects/ Plugins/ Eye Candy 3.1/ Inner Bevel
