Sleeping Black Cat.

You will need a PSP program.  This is a vector tutorial.  Using Pen tool/ Preset shapes and freehand drawing.  I will assume that you have a good working knowledge of PSP program and a good understanding of nodes. When editing nodes, you will either add, delete, change to symmetric, drag, merge, join, push, pull in order to reshape an image.
canvas 500x300, transparent. Preset shape ellipse/ black. Place an ellipse on the canvas. Edit the nodes.

Draw another ellipse and edit the nodes.

Preset shape/ triangle. Place triangle to the right. Click on the preset shape tool and turn the handle to the right. Place another triangle to the left. Click on preset shape tool and turn the handle to the left.

Edit the nodes.

Pen tool/ free hand. Free hand draw the tail.

Preset shape tool/ #e3dbd8. Place 2 ellipses on the small ellipse. (head of the cat)

Preset shape tool/ #000000. Place 2 small ellipses inside the light colored ellipses. Edit the nodes.  (eyes)

Preset shape tool/ #d1c4bd. Place 3 ellipses for mouth and cheeks. Place the bottom ellipse first. then the 2 on the side.

Pen tool/ freehand/ size 2/ color #e9e9e9. Draw lines for whiskers. Pen tool/ freehand/ size 1/ #000000. Draw a line to the mouth.

Pen tool/ triangle/ #5c2021. Draw a rectangle for a nose.

Preset shape/ #000000. Place small ellipses on the cheeks.

Preset shape/ rectangles/ #e9e9e9. Place 3 rectangles as shown on the screen shot.

Add nodes and edit the nodes on the first rectangle.

Add nodes and edit the nodes on the 2nd rectangle.

Add nodes and edit the nodes on the 3rd rectangle.

Pen tool/ #000000/ size 2. Freehand draw a rectangle on the first rectangle. Edit the nodes.

Change the color to #e9e9e9/ no fill. Freehand draw lines on the black rectangle.

Change the color back to #000000. Free hand draw lines on the 2 rectangles.

Unhide the fill color. Preset shape/ rectangle. Draw a long rectangle as shown on the screen shot.

Make adjustments to the image. Don't leave any open spaces on the image. Save your image. To save it as a preset shape. You'll have to group and name the image.

To group an image, right click on any layer on the layer pallet, then choose select all. Then right click again, and choose group. Name the group layer and click on file/ export/ shape. Type the name of the shape, it should be the same as the name of the group layer. OK. Now test it. Click on the preset shape and locate the file you've just saved. place it on the canvas.  End of Tutorial.
